Sintered Synthetic flux has good performance of desulphurization ,deoxygenation and reducing impurities for refining liquid steel,is widely used in most steel plants.
Our Sintered type synthetic flux choose good quality raw materials of calcite and bauxite sintered in rotary kiln under temperature 1300℃,then cooling and crushing into girt and packing for delivery ,its Melting point is below 1350 ℃ ,Principal mineralogical phase: C12A7 .
